From Buenos Aires: Private Guided Day Trip to an Estancia
Experience authentic gaucho life on a full-day countryside getaway from Buenos Aires. Choose from Estancia Santa Susana, famous for its lively folklore shows and great Argentine barbecue, or Estancia La Bandada, which offers a hands-on, relaxed experience with an empanada-making class and free time to enjoy nature and the pool. In Santa Susana, enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride, visit the chapel and museum, savor a traditional asado with wine, and watch tango, boleadoras, and gaucho horse shows before finishing with mate and cakes. At La Bandada, learn how to make empanadas, explore the ranch on foot or horseback, sample freshly grilled meats and garden vegetables, watch gaucho skill games, and relax with pampeano tea and mate. Both experiences include round-trip transportation, lunch, and a deep connection to Argentine rural heritage.
